1. 软件产品GTM全流程统筹，保障产品上市成功 负责公司具身智能方向SaaS、MaaS、DaaS产品线完整GTM落地；结合行业客户需求，制定产品上市策略、营销材料输出，完成价值客户验证。 2. 新品上市与市场传播策划 主导新品上市全流程，统筹线上推广、行业峰会、技术沙龙、客户推介会策划落地；牵头新品与标杆客户案例对外传播，联动PR、媒体完成稿件、行业曝光；搭建产品内容矩阵，输出白皮书、行业解决方案、案例集、宣讲PPT、技术软文等全套营销物料。 3. 行业洞察与竞争力分析 深度调研具身智能、机器人、AI云服务赛道，完成竞品对标分析，拆解不同业务场景下我方与竞对优劣势，识别产品差距并推动内部优化；研判市场空间，挖掘新业务机会点，沉淀洞察报告，反向输入产品侧新产品需求。 4. 销售赋能与商机支撑 提炼产品差异化卖点，沉淀标准化销售物料库、方案库；支撑一线销售、BD团队，输出适配不同行业、不同区域的方案与素材，赋能线索孵化、样板客户攻坚；参与销售月度/季度复盘，输出市场打法、客户攻坚路径建议，提升商机转化。

1. 基本条件 本科及以上学历，理工科、计算机、自动化、市场营销相关专业优先；3‑5年ToB产品市场/GTM实战经验，有云平台、大模型SaaS/MaaS/DaaS相关营销背景优先，具身智能、机器人赛道经验加分。 2. 知识储备 掌握ToB软件GTM完整知识体系，熟悉产品上市、商业化、产品生命周期管理；了解AI大模型、模型服务、数据服务、仿真平台相关业务逻辑，理解政企、科研机构、机器人厂商客户的业务场景。 3. 工作经验 完整操盘过ToB软件/云服务产品GTM全流程，主导至少一款软件类产品上市落地；具备行业深度调研、竞品分析、市场机会识别实战经历。 4. 核心技能 具备优秀的情报收集、行业分析、竞品分析能力，可独立输出营销推广方案；擅长技术类文案、行业方案撰写；熟练PPT、Excel，目标导向，具备强跨部门协同，具备英语读写能力优先。
