1.具身智能数据项目全生命周期管理：负责机器人训练数据的采集、清洗、标注、质检、交付全流程项目管理，确保数据按时按质交付给算法团队，支撑具身智能模型训练迭代。 2.数据采集方案设计与供应商管理：根据算法需求（视觉/动作/触觉/语音等模态），设计数据采集方案，评估和管理数据供应商（外包团队、动捕服务商、遥操作团队等），控制成本与质量。 3.数据采集工艺流程搭建与优化：建立并持续优化具身数据采集标准操作流程(SOP)，包括采集环境搭建、设备选型、人员培训、数据格式规范等，提升采集效率和数据质量。 4.项目计划制定与跨团队协调：制定详细项目计划（时间表/里程碑/资源计划），协调内部算法团队、产品团队、外部合作伙伴，确保项目信息同步、风险可控。 5、数据分析与报告编写：基于项目数据、客户需求、业务场景，开展数据分析工作，独立转写相应报告，满足采集需求提高交付效果。

核心能力： 1.背景： 本科及以上，计算机科学、人工智能、自动化、数据科学、机器人等相关专业。对AI和具身智能有浓厚兴趣，关注大模型、机器人领域动态。 2.专业能力： 熟悉项目全流程管理方法，能有效管控研发与交付两类项目，具备风险识别与应对能力；具备一定的技术理解能力能够与合作团队高效沟通，准确传递需求与约束；熟练使用 AI辅助工具(Claude code/Cursor等)提升效率，具备基本系统设计思维。 3.能力： 具备强 Ownership 意识，沟通协调能力强，能适应偏现场的工作环境。 4、综合素质：具有自驱力、责任心强，能独当一面，遇到问题主动协调推动解决；具备较强的学习能力，能够快速理解产品与服务逻辑；抗压能力强，能够在多项目并行、多方协同的环境中稳定推进工作。
