职位描述 作为算法测试部的负责人，你将全面主导公司大模型及机器人核心算法的模型测试与质量保障体系建设。你需要从工程和测试视角出发，构建自动化测试基建，对基础大模型、具身 Agent 决策流、自主导航等核心算法进行严格的功能验证、边界测试、异常注入与系统集成测试，确保算法在复杂真实环境下的稳定运行与安全落地。 核心职责 1. 测试基建与自动化框架建设： - 主导搭建高效的具身算法测试基础设施，打通“仿真环境- 软件集成 - 实机硬件”的自动化测试流水线。 - 开发智能化的测试工具链，实现算法模型版本迭代时的自动化回归、大规模用例触发与日志抓取分析。 2. 基础大模型模型测试： - 负责基础大模型的工程级测试，重点关注模型输出的稳定性、显存占用、推理延迟、接口兼容性及高并发响应。 - 设计大模型在输入异常、多模态信息缺失或冲突时的边界测试与拦截机制。 3. Agent 决策与任务规划测试： - 针对具身 Agent 的状态机、多步任务拆解、工具调用、记忆检索与逻辑闭环进行深度的功能与集成测试。 - 重点验证 Agent 在长行程任务中的状态维护能力，以及遇到死循环、指令冲突时的异常恢复与容错机制。 4. 自主导航与控制算法测试： - 负责 SLAM、定位、局部/全局路径规划及动态避障的测试。 - 重点攻关极端环境（如弱纹理、强光眩光、动态障碍物干扰、狭窄空间通行）下的算法边界测试与碰撞防御。 5. 质量闭环与团队管理： - 制定各算法模块的测试策略、缺陷分级标准和提测上线门槛；主导严重缺陷（Failure Cases）的底层归因与复盘。 - 负责算法测试团队的人员招聘、日常管理与梯队建设。

基本条件 1. 学历与经验： 计算机、人工智能、机器人、自动化等相关专业本科及以上学历，5年以上软件/算法测试经验，其中包含2年以上 AI、大模型或机器人团队的技术管理经验。 2. 行业背景： 深度参与过具身智能、大模型落地应用、自动驾驶或高端服务机器人的算法测试与质量保障工作。 专业技能 1. 算法与系统认知： 熟悉大模型的推理部署架构、Agent 逻辑框架及传统机器人导航/控制算法，深刻理解其常见 Bug 类型与 Failure Modes。 2. 测试基建与工程能力： - 精通 Python/C++ 编程，具备扎实的自动化测试框架开发与脚本编写能力。 - 熟练掌握主流机器人仿真软件（如 Isaac Sim, Mujoco, Gazebo 等）及场景自动化编排。 - 熟悉 ROS/ROS2 通信机制、Docker 容器化及 GitLab CI/CD 等工程工具链。 3. 测试专项能力： 具备强大的黑盒/白盒测试设计能力，擅长设计边界测试、故障注入测试（Fault Injection）与压力测试方案。 软实力 1. 具备极强的质量红线意识与“挑刺”思维，善于从工程和系统角度发现隐藏极深的算法缺陷。 2. 优秀的跨团队协作能力，能强力推动算法、工程、硬件团队高效推进 Bug 修复闭环。 加分项 - 具有大模型模型压测、安全性对抗测试经验者优先。 - 具备大规模分布式云端仿真测试平台搭建经验者优先。 - 有机器人功能安全或系统可靠性测试实战经验者优先。
