1、负责具身智能MaaS市场拓展与客户销售工作，开发具身智能公司，AI科技客户，企业客户，完成公司销售业绩指标。 2、精通语言模型、视频生成模型、世界模型等销售模式，能够独立完成模型订阅、模型定制、token调用、AI算力等产品的商务洽谈、报价签约、回款全流程销售工作，具备成熟的模型Token销售落地经验。 3、承担售前协同核心工作，联动产品、研发团队，深度拆解客户业务场景与核心需求，针对客户场景输出标准化/私有化MaaS整体解决方案，匹配客户商业化落地与技术迭代需求。 4、协同产研团队打磨销售策略、产品推广方向与场景化解决方案，基于行业竞品、Token市场行情、模型技术迭代趋势，输出市场反馈、客户需求复盘，助力产品迭代与商业化体系优化。 5、维护存量核心客户关系，跟进客户项目落地、续费、增购需求，挖掘客户二次开发、生态合作、项目定制等增量商机，搭建长期稳定的行业客户资源体系。 6、跟进行业前沿动态，洞察具身智能及maas市场趋势、客户痛点与商业化机会，输出行业销售打法与拓新策略。

1、2年及以上互联网大厂公有云/AIGC/MaaS销售经验，有字节、阿里、腾讯、百度、华为等泛互联网厂商销售从业经历优先，熟悉To B云服务、AI模型商业化销售逻辑。 2、必须具备语言模型、视频生成模型Token销售实战经验，熟悉Token计费规则、算力调用模式、大模型商业化定价体系，成功落地过企业级模型Token采购、MaaS服务合作项目。 3、具备优秀售前方案能力，可独立配合产研完成需求调研、方案撰写、技术对接、客户宣讲、商务答疑，熟练输出适配不同场景的MaaS整体解决方案，具备较强的技术理解力与方案落地能力。 4、拥有优质的行业客户资源，覆盖具身智能公司、AI研发企业、To B科技服务商等优先。 5、目标感强，擅长商务谈判、资源整合与客户攻坚，能够承受销售业绩压力，适配AI高速迭代赛道的工作节奏，有初创公司从业经验者加分。 岗位优势 1、赛道优质：聚焦当下AI核心落地场景，覆盖具身智能、大模型等高增长赛道，商业化空间广阔。 2、产品硬核：依托自研大模型技术底座，提供差异化MaaS服务，市场竞争力强，销售转化效率高。 3、成长快速：直接联动产研核心团队，深度参与产品商业化打磨，告别纯商务销售，成为懂技术、懂方案、懂行业的AI商业化复合型人才。
