1. 梳理并优化现有项目开发全生命周期流程（立项、需求、设计、开发、测试、上线、复盘），形成标准化、可复用的流程规范； 2. 针对不同项目类型（如敏捷迭代、瀑布开发、混合模式），制定差异化的流程管理模板与操作指引； 3. 建立项目准入准出机制、变更管理机制、风险预警机制，确保项目执行的规范性与可控性； 4. 推动项目管理流程与研发协同工具、实现项目状态、进度、质量的可视化与数据化管理； 5. 设计并落地项目管理仪表盘（Dashboard），为管理层提供项目健康度、资源负载、交付效率等关键决策数据； 6. 制定并推行项目绩效管理机制，包括项目关键指标（进度、质量、成本、满意度）的设定、采集、分析与评价； 7. 推动项目复盘与知识沉淀机制，形成组织级项目资产库（如经验教训、风险评估清单、最佳实践案例）； 8. 建立项目开发效率度量体系（如交付周期、需求吞吐量、缺陷率、需求响应速度等），定期输出分析报告并推动改进； 9. 搭建项目经理（PM）培养体系，包括能力模型、培训课程、认证机制、导师制等，组织项目管理专业能力培训与交流，提升团队整体的项目管理成熟度。

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、管理、工程类相关专业优先； 2. 5年以上PMO相关工作经验，其中至少2年以上流程体系建设或项目管理平台建设经验； 3. 具备流程设计、制度搭建、系统落地的完整项目经验，能够独立完成从诊断、设计到推行的全过程； 4. 熟悉主流项目管理工具及研发协同平台，具备工具配置、数据打通、报表开发能力者优先； 5. 具备较强的数据分析能力，能够通过数据驱动管理决策与改进； 6. 具备优秀的系统性思维与逻辑能力，能够从组织层面设计管理体系； 7. 具备出色的沟通协调能力与跨部门推动力，能够有效推进制度落地。
