关于团队 我们专注于机器人灵巧操作（manipulation）方向的研发，围绕数据采集、模型训练与真机部署构建完整的技术闭环。团队规模精简，研发节奏快，工程与算法紧密协作。

岗位方向： 负责机器人操作策略从数据到部署的全链路工作，包括数据处理、模型训练与真机验证。我们更看重端到端推进一条完整链路的能力，而非单一环节的深度，具备 robotics learning 基础即可。 岗位职责： - 数据侧：数据清洗、对齐、可视化与质量筛查，构建可用于训练的数据集。 - 模型侧：搭建与维护模仿学习 / VLA / WAM训练管线，负责模型训练、调参、评测与消融分析。 - 部署侧：真机推理与闭环验证，分析失败案例并迭代优化。 - 工程侧：维护训练与评测基础设施，保障链路的稳定性、可复现性与可扩展性。

任职要求 - 具备 robotics learning 基础：熟悉模仿学习 / WAM / VLA 中任一方向，理解 manipulation 的基本流程。 - 扎实的 Python 工程能力，熟练使用 PyTorch。 - 具备全栈能力，能够独立承接数据、模型、部署各环节的工作。 - 结果导向，具备较快的实验迭代能力。 加分项 - 真机机器人 / 机械臂 / 灵巧手相关经验。 - 数据采集系统、遥操作相关背景。 - 大规模 / 分布式训练经验。 - 相关开源项目或学术成果。
