1、围绕行业领先的机器人模型能力，搭建云边端结合的开发平台；包括机器人系统及本体、互联网后台、移动端APP等模块的API及串联端口设计，充分释放机器人模型及本体能力； 2、调研分析机器人产品及开发生态发展趋势，形成全面且深入的行业生态理解，规划开发者产品各模块中长期发展路线；探索大模型与机器人硬件结合的新场景，推动具身智能应用的产品化落地； 3、与算法、系统、数据、测试等团队紧密配合，保障相关API、中间件、开放平台等高质量释放； 4、调研内部研发团队与外部开发者在开发、调试、验证、数据生成及分发等各环节的需求，打造全链路开发体验； 5、与行业相关开发者接触并共创，打造活跃的开发者社区，推动机器人开发生态标准化与繁荣。

1、本科及以上学历,计算机科学、软件工程、自动化、工业设计等相关专业优先，具备扎实的专业理论基础; 2、拥有3年以上技术产品或相关工作经历，有智能硬件、机器人、智能驾驶等产品经验者优先考虑，熟悉相关领域产品开发全流程; 3、熟练掌握产品设计与项目管理的专业工具，能够独立完成高质量的产品流程图绘制、原型设计以及产品需求文档撰写; 4、具备出色的项目管理能力，能够合理规划项目进度、有效管理项目资源，确保项目顺利交付。拥有卓越的团队合作与沟通能力，能够与不同职能团队成员进行高效沟通，协调各方工作; 5、对机器人、AI人工智能等领域技术发展趋势有深入理解，具备将技术与产品需求相结合的能力。具有敏锐的市场洞察力和分析能力，能快速捕捉市场变化，灵活调整产品规划与策略; 6、对科技和工程技术充满热情，尤其对机器人技术有浓厚兴趣，具备持续学习与创新精神。
