1. 负责基础平台建设：设计并实现机器人基础模块，如标准库、升级、日志、监控、SDK 等，推动通用能力沉淀为可复用的技术平台； 2. 负责应用业务开发：设计并实现机器人应用交互业务，包括数据采集与闭环、遥操作、任务管理、设备标定、系统自检、安全接管等关键功能，及大模型能力在机器人场景中的应用探索； 3. 负责通信链路开发：设计并实现机器人内外部通信架构，涉及设备内消息中间件、设备间实时数据转发、低延迟遥操作链路、云端协同通信等场景，保障高并发下多节点通信的稳定性与低延迟； 4. 联调与交付：主动对齐并协同联调上下游模块接口，包括运动控制、底层驱动、大模型算法、云服务平台等，以结果导向，确保按期高质量交付； 5. 技术文档撰写：输出高质量的技术文档，涵盖方案设计、接口协议、测试报告等，保障知识沉淀和团队协作效率。

1. 学历与经验：本科及以上学历，计算机、自动化、软件工程等相关专业背景，拥有 3 年及以上机器人、无人机、智能驾驶等复杂硬件的开发经验。有大模型应用接入机器人本体经验加分； 2. 编程能力：精通 Linux 环境下 C++ 开发、调试与性能优化；熟悉面向对象设计及常用设计模式；熟悉 ROS/ROS2 框架及其节点通信机制；能熟练使用 AI 辅助编程工具提升研发效率。熟练使用 Python； 3. 通信协议：熟悉 HTTP、WebSocket、MQTT、TCP/IP 等常用网络协议，具备自定义协议栈开发与优化经验，能解决复杂的实时通信问题； 4. 工程质量：注重单元测试、代码审查、CI/CD 等工程实践，追求代码的可维护性与系统的长期健壮性，并能输出清晰规范的设计文档与接口协议； 5. 软素质：有系统思维，具备良好的问题分析与解决能力；有强烈的主人公意识，良好的跨团队沟通协调能力；有模块负责人或团队管理经历加分； 6. 平台化思维：具备平台化思维，有 SDK 设计、工具链开发或通用框架建设的成功经验，乐于将解决方案抽象为通用能力。
