我们专注于具身大模型的后训练与多行业核心场景的高质量落地交付，覆盖物流、制造、家庭服务、医疗康养等多个商业化方向。团队依托标准化的采训推流程与持续演进的后训练方法体系，在不同本体、不同场景下实现高成功率、高效率的任务执行能力。 我们拥有超大规模的真机操作数据、完善的多场景评测体系、多本体硬件资源与专业数采团队，以及从数据采集到模型训练再到真机验证的端到端闭环能力。

1.负责具身大模型在具体商业化场景（物流、制造、家庭服务、医疗等）中的后训练与落地交付，从数据、模型、算法等多维度提升模型在目标场景下的任务成功率与执行效率； 2.深入理解业务场景需求，制定针对性的数据采集策略与后训练方案，串联数据采集、模型训练、模型评测、真机部署的完整流程，高效完成场景适配与交付； 3.针对具体场景中的操作难点（如精细操作、高频节拍、柔性物体处理等），分析问题根因，通过数据策略调整、训练配置优化、模型迭代等手段持续攻坚； 4.负责新机器人本体的模型适配与验证，针对不同本体的运动学特性、传感器配置与控制接口，完成模型迁移、参数调优与功能验证，确保模型在新本体上快速达到可用状态； 5.负责模型在真实环境中的部署调试与性能优化，确保模型在目标场景下稳定运行，达到商业化交付标准； 6.沉淀场景落地过程中的经验与方法论，形成可复用的标准化交付流程，支撑跨场景、跨本体的快速复制； 7.与数据采集团队、工程中心紧密协作，推动后训练成果从实验室到产线的高效转化。

1.计算机科学、人工智能、机器人学、自动化等相关专业背景，本科及以上学历，硕士优先； 2.熟练使用Python/C++，精通PyTorch等主流深度学习框架，具备扎实的工程实现能力； 3.具备VLA或具身大模型的微调/后训练经验，能够独立完成从数据准备到模型训练再到真机验证的全流程； 4.具备丰富的机器人真机调试经验，能够在真实环境中快速定位硬件延迟、传感器噪声、控制精度、动作抖动等问题并迭代优化，有长时间驻场调试经历者优先； 5.具备较强的问题分析与解决能力，能够从数据、模型、系统等多个层面诊断并攻克落地难题； 6.具备强执行力与结果导向意识，能够在项目压力下高效推进交付； 7.具备良好的沟通协作能力，能够与跨团队（数据、工程、产品）高效配合。 加分项 •有机器人操作（抓取、装配、分拣等）算法的真实场景落地经验； •熟悉具身大模型（VLA / World Action Model）相关模型，如OpenVLA、π系列、WALL-OSS、Dream-Zero等； •有工业/物流/服务机器人的项目交付经验，了解商业化落地的完整流程； •熟悉模仿学习（IL）、强化学习（RL）等训练范式在机器人操作中的应用； •有数据驱动的模型迭代经验，对数据质量、数据配比、数据增强有深入理解； •顶级会议（ICRA、CoRL、RSS、CVPR、NeurIPS等）论文发表或相关竞赛获奖。
