1. 管理、培养测试执行同学，统筹日常任务，密切配合研发同学，对所负责模块的各类功能进行专项拆解，分配合理的测试周期和人力、机器、场地资源； 2. 针对各类Demo任务设计有效的迭代准入和准出标准，设计有效的用例集和测试方法对问题进行暴露和拦截，负责任务的对内迭代测试及对外交付测试； 3. 捕捉迭代中各个关键指标变化，调整测试策略和重心，设计有效的DI（缺陷质量指标）、FI（功能模块/特性 增量）、PI（项目/SystemDemo 增量）指标，牵引研发改进方向； 4. 深刻理解测试驱动开发，有较高质量原则和效能意识，并在迭代过程中推进质效融合。"

1. 本科以上学历，电子、计算机、自动化相关专业，具备3年以上智能汽车、飞行器、具身机器人等复杂智能硬件产品的测试经验，了解机器人关键技术者（如Agent、VLN、SLAM等）优先，有智能体测试经验者优先； 2. 熟悉软硬件集成的测试方法，熟悉从需求到发布的全流程质量保障，具备至少一种自动化测试工具或平台使用经验； 3. 具备优秀的沟通能力和推动能力，能主导定位复杂技术问题并设计高效的回归测试用例集，有较高的质量保障意识，具备FMAE、DOE等质量分析工具应用经验者优先。
