The posting

1. 负责机器人VR遥操作应用的架构设计、核心功能开发、性能优化及长期维护。 2. 基于Unity、C#和OpenXR开发VR一体机应用，完成PICO、Meta Quest等设备的接入与适配。 3. 基于Unreal Engine和C++建设高保真机器人仿真与数字孪生场景，对接MuJoCo仿真数据和URDF模型。 4. 实现头显、手柄、手势等输入的定位追踪、坐标转换、人体标定、姿态映射和机器人运动重定向。 5. 负责机器人多路视频、音频对讲、状态反馈及空间辅助信息的低延迟VR呈现。 6. 开发控制权、模式切换、急停、追踪丢失、网络异常和故障恢复等安全交互功能。 7. 支持机器人遥操、数据采集、推理接管、推理测评及操作回放等业务场景。 8. 针对VR应用的帧率、延迟、内存、功耗和稳定性进行分析与优化。 9. 编写架构、接口和测试文档，与本体、算法、云端、美术及测试团队协作，推动仿真验证到真机部署闭环落地。

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、自动化、机器人或相关专业，3年以上VR/AR或实时3D应用开发经验。 2. 熟练掌握Unity、C#和OpenXR，理解Unity生命周期、资源管理、渲染及性能优化机制。 3. 具有PICO、Meta Quest或其他6DoF头显的实际开发经验，熟悉头显、手柄、边界和追踪机制。 4. 具备Unreal Engine和C++实际项目经验，能够开发仿真、交互、插件或三维可视化模块。 5. 熟悉MuJoCo等物理引擎、URDF模型、机器人运动学及碰撞检测基础。 6. 具备扎实的3D数学和计算机图形学基础，熟悉矩阵、四元数、坐标系转换、相机及投影原理。 7. 熟悉C++内存管理、多线程和网络编程，能够完成设备SDK或原生插件集成。 8. 熟悉WebSocket、WebRTC等实时通信技术，理解延迟、心跳、断线重连和状态恢复。 9. 具备VR真机性能分析能力，能够定位CPU、GPU、GC、内存、资源加载和视频解码等问题。 10. 具备良好的系统设计、规范编码、技术文档和跨团队协作能力。

加分项 1. 熟悉ROS/ROS2、DDS、rosbridge等机器人通信技术。 2. 熟悉FK、IK、WBC、机器人标定或运动重定向。 3. 有手部追踪、眼动追踪、多路视频或空间音频开发经验。 4. 有MuJoCo与Unity/UE联调、数字孪生或Sim2Real项目经验。 5. 有Unity/UE原生插件、Android NDK或移动VR性能优化经验。
