NOMBRE DEL CARGO Service Designer Junior/Senior LOCALIZACIÓN Medellín o remoto RESUMEN Buscamos una persona que tenga conocimientos y habilidades como diseñador de servicios para participar de manera activa en el proceso de diseño de ecosistemas de servicios complejos, que mezcle tanto elementos racionales, como emocionales y estéticos en los diseños. DESCRIPCIÓN DEL CARGO Este cargo hará parte de varios equipos de proyecto encargados de diseñar o rediseñar servicios de naturaleza análoga, digital o mixta para clientes de diversas industrias. Como miembro del equipo, participará en todas las etapas del proyecto necesarias para entender a los clientes y usuarios de los servicios y tasladar este conocimiento al diseño de ofertas, experiencias, canales o interacciones que generen alto impacto y satisfacción y que balanceen las necesidades y expectativas de los clientes y los negocios. FUNCIONES DEL CARGO o Diseñar procesos de investigación cualitativa y cuantitativa de usuarios, clientes y contextos o Participar en trabajo de campo cualitativo a través principalmente de observación en campo y entrevistas contextuales o etnográficas o Recolectar información secundario de los clientes, usuarios, procesos, competencia y demás sujetos de investigación que se definan en los proyectos o Participar en procesos de generación de ideas y alternativas para los retos de diseño de los servicios o Participar en procesos de conceptualización de las soluciones a los retos de diseño de los servicios o Participar en procesos de prototipado de las soluciones a los retos de diseño de los servicios, utilizando herramientas como journeys, propuesta o mapas de valor, mapas de empatía, modelos de negocio y otras herramientas similares o Diseñar representaciones gráficas básicas de información (infográficos, gráficos, tablas, cronogramas) o Trabajar con limitaciones de tiempo en varias tareas y proyectos simultáneamente o Interactuar con diferentes personas y cargos en las empresas que contratan los proyectos de diseño de servicios o Coordinar o ejecutar actividades específicas de los cronogramas de los proyectos o Preparar material del proceso de diseño tal como presentaciones en Powerpoint o similares, tablas de datos en Excel o similares o Uso ocasional y básico de herramientas de diseño como Adobe Illustrator CALIFICACIONES REQUERIDAS MÍNIMAS o Conocimiento y experiencia en frameworks de diseño como la proyectación de diseño o arquitectura, Design Thinking o Service Design. o Experiencia de activades de campo como entrevistas, observaciones, grupos focales o similares o Trabajar con limitaciones de tiempo en varias tareas y proyectos simultáneamente o Capacidad para trabajar en equipos multifuncionales o Dos años de experiencia laboral relevante en temas relacionados con diseño de objetos, servicios, productos o canales o Profesional en áreas de mercadeo, diseño, ingeniería o negocios o Buen nivel de lectura en inglés DESEABLES o Experiencia y conocimiento en industrias de servicios o Posgrado en diseño o Inglés avanzado o Conocimientos de herramientas de diseño como Illustrator, Sketch o similares o Experiencia y conocimiento en diseño digital (apps, web, bots o similares) AMBIENTE DE TRABAJO o Este puesto hace parte de un equipo de de diseñadores de servicios, canales y soluciones digitales que atienden a clientes en varias industrias. o Muchos proyectos se basan en plazos y el colaborador debe administrar el tiempo de manera eficiente con una supervisión mínima para responder a las situaciones de manera rápida y precisa. o Debe sentirse cómodo trabajando con empleados de Xperience en todos los niveles, así como con los clientes y socios. o Xperience tiene un ambiente tranquilo y relajado con un nivel de formalidad media, donde se valora la capacidad para trabajar en equipos diversos, ser creativo, ser proactivo, tener una gran capacidad de aprendizaje y ser cordial y empático.
