Buscamos una persona con experiencia en servicio al cliente, habilidades para el manejo de herramientas ofimáticas y excelente redacción y ortografía, comprometida con la búsqueda de oportunidades de mejora, y propositiva en la creación y ajustes de planes de acción.

DESCRIPCIÓN DEL CARGO

Este cargo realizará la medición o monitoreo de las diferentes campañas que lidera el cliente corporativo, de forma presencial o telefónica. Participará activamente en la construcción de las guías que se definan en conjunto con cada uno de los líderes y gerentes de las operaciones a través de la calibración de estas.

FUNCIONES DEL CARGO

  • Definir y ejecutar el plan de muestreo.
  • Realizar el monitoreo de las interacciones de los asesores y calificar según los formularios definidos.
  • Participar activamente en la creación de planes de acción, basados en los hallazgos y oportunidades de mejora que se identifiquen en su análisis.
  • Responder en público y privado las RRSS de las diferentes operaciones.
  • Otras funciones asignadas por el jefe inmediato.

CALIFICACIONES REQUERIDAS

MÍNIMAS:

  • 12 meses de experiencia general como representante de servicio, cobranzas, televentas.
  • 6 meses de experiencia específica en aseguramiento, asistencia digital de interacciones o áreas relacionadas en servicio al cliente.
  • Manejo de herramientas ofimáticas (Office, Excel Básico correo electrónico e internet)
  • Excelente ortografía y redacción.

DESEABLES:

  • Cursos o diplomados en atención de redes sociales.
  • Inglés.

AMBIENTE DE TRABAJO

Este puesto tiene un nivel de autonomía bajo. Responde a un líder de calidad y Social Media Manager – SEO Content, Director de servicios digitales y Director de operaciones y administrativo. Debe sentirse cómodo trabajando buscando calidad en la entrega de información a líderes y personas en atención y siendo puntual en la entrega de respuestas.
