1. 开展市场调研与客户需求挖掘，完成需求分析、可行性评估、方案输出，支撑项目报价与商务对接。 2. 负责产品需求梳理、产品定义与立项推进，撰写产品相关文档，制定产品迭代路线图。 3. 协调跨部门资源，跟进产品开发、测试、落地全流程，把控项目进度与交付质量。 4. 收集市场、客户及竞品信息，完成数据分析与对标总结，迭代产品策略与推广方案。 5. 持续跟进产品落地效果，根据业务反馈完成产品优化与版本迭代，助力业务及利润目标达成。

岗位细分方向 方向1：商务产品方向：侧重客户业务拓展、市场需求研判、项目报价与策略规划，负责传统硬件/汽车电子类产品规划、立项落地与市场推广。 方向2：AI产品方向：侧重AI智能体、AI应用场景设计与搭建，负责AI产品需求分析、方案设计、迭代优化，协同算法、开发团队完成AI技术业务落地。

1. 全日制本科及以上学历，硕士优先，计算机、人工智能、软件工程、车辆、电子、市场营销等相关专业均可。 2. 具备基础产品思维，善于需求挖掘、逻辑分析，有市场调研、产品方案设计、AI项目相关经验者优先。 3.沟通协调能力强，自驱力、学习能力、抗压性优秀，责任心强，具备跨团队推进落地能力，可接受短期出差。 4. 英语CET-6及以上，读写流利，英语可作为工作语言者优先。
