1、负责智能驾驶系统研发阶段的测试策划工作，精准解读产品需求，完成测试方案、测试用例、测试规范的设计与输出。 2、负责智能驾驶系统功能、性能、稳定性、兼容性的测试验证，覆盖总线通信、诊断刷写、电源管理、影像、OTA、整车功能等各类模块。 3、参与自动化测试体系搭建，负责测试脚本开发、调试与维护，搭建自动化测试台架，持续提升测试效率与覆盖率。 4、支持仿真测试、实验室可靠性测试及实车测试工作，完成测试数据采集、整理、分析与问题记录，协助完成仿真场景搭建与试验验证。 5、跟进测试全过程，主动推动问题闭环，协同软硬件、算法团队定位问题，输出完整测试报告与复盘文档。 6、持续优化测试流程、测试工具与测试规范，跟进行业测试技术迭代，保障智驾产品高质量交付。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、电子信息、自动化、车辆工程、通信工程等理工科相关专业，应届毕业生。 2、熟练掌握Python、C/C++任意一门编程语言，熟悉VSCode、PyCharm、CMake等开发工具，了解Linux常用命令及Git、Jenkins等基础工具使用。 3、了解嵌入式系统与车载系统架构，熟悉CAN、CAN-FD、车载以太网等车载通信协议，了解TCP/IP基础网络协议者优先。 4、具备基础的测试思维，能够根据产品需求独立设计测试方案与测试用例，具备问题分析与排查能力。 5、日语优秀，可作为工作语言使用。 6、学习能力强、工作积极主动、责任心强，具备优秀的跨部门沟通能力与团队协作意识，抗压能力良好。
