1. 项目统筹规划：参与项目立项、计划、预算及资源统筹，跟进项目全流程，把控各阶段里程碑。 2. 进度过程管控：跟进项目进度，组织例会与阶段评审，复盘问题，同步项目状态。 3. 内外协同对接：对内协调跨部门协作，对外对接客户需求，维护客情，配合客户审核与资料交付。 4. 风险变更管控：识别项目风险并预警应对，管控项目变更，把控项目成本预算。 5. 质量闭环管理：落实质量管控要求，跟进问题整改闭环，推动阶段评审，保障项目高质量交付。 6. 文档复盘管理：整理归档项目文档、会议资料，完成阶段复盘总结，保障项目顺利落地量产。

岗位细分方向 方向1：软件管理：负责软件项目需求、进度、团队统筹，保障软件研发顺利落地交付。 方向2：测试管理：统筹测试计划、资源与评审工作，跟进测试问题整改闭环。 方向3：质量管理：负责项目质量策划、体系落地，对接客户质量工作，推动质量问题改善闭环。 方向4：制造管理：跟进新产品制造项目，参与工艺开发、试产验证，管控生产节点与现场问题改善。

1. 全日制本科及以上学历，硕士优先；车辆工程、电子、软件工程、机械、质量管理、工业工程等理工科及管理类相关专业。 2. 了解项目管理全流程、产品开发及制造基本逻辑；熟悉APQP、PPAP、VDA质量体系、软硬件测试、软件开发、工艺制造任一模块均可，有汽车电子、智能驾驶相关认知者优先。 3. 逻辑清晰、工作严谨细致，具备优秀的沟通协调、统筹推进及问题解决能力；责任心、自驱力、抗压能力强，具备良好的团队协作意识。 4.英语CET-6及日语优秀以上优先，可熟练读写、口语流利者优先，能作为工作语言。
