1. 研读测试需求及行业标准，编写硬件测试用例、QTS、EMC测试计划及各类技术指导文件。 2. 梳理线束、测试系统、工装夹具等测试配套需求，跟进开发进度并完成验收落地。 3. 搭建测试环境，独立完成电气性能、机械环境、EMC、系统及实车路试等各类硬件测试工作。 4. 跟进可靠性、EMC相关试验进度与问题整改，更新试验状态，审核、输出标准化测试报告。 5. 配合客户开展飞行检查、ASPICE评审，对接客户沟通测试方案、技术问题，支持现场出差技术对接工作。

1. 全日制本科及以上学历，电子、测控、通信、机械语等相关专业优先。 2. 熟悉硬件测试基础，熟练使用示波器、万用表、信号发生器等常用测试仪器。 3. 工作严谨细致，具备良好的沟通表达与团队协作能力，责任心强，愿意接受出差工作 4. 英语熟练，口语顺畅，能独立编写、解读英文技术文件。
