The posting

1. 负责产品全流程质量管控，识别并防控各环节质量风险。 2. 跟进测试、制造、售后、供应链等各场景质量异常，推进问题处理。 3. 运用专业质量工具，完成问题根因分析、整改闭环与横向预防改善。 4. 统计质量数据、沉淀过程资料，持续优化质量流程体系。 5. 对内协同跨部门改善质量，对外对接客户，处理客诉与审核工作。

岗位细分方向 方向1：测试质量方向：负责产品可靠性、EMC等验证测试管理，研究解读测试规范，导入新测试方法与设备，开展T-FMEA分析，统筹测试进度、资源，持续优化测试质量与效率。 方向2：过程制造质量方向：负责新项目过程质量统筹、产线制程质量管控与数据监控，推进制造质量改善落地，策划质量文化建设，处理制造端客诉与8D整改闭环。 方向3：失效分析质量方向：负责车载软硬件、智驾、座舱产品研发及售后失效问题分析，定位故障根因，完成中英文8D/CIP报告；沉淀故障案例库与风控机制，对接海内外客户技术问题，推进问题闭环与前置预防。 方向4：供应链物料质量方向：负责来料物料质量异常处理，开展现场稽核、供应商审核，跟进物料质量问题整改闭环，保障供应链物料质量稳定。

1. 全日制本科及以上学历，硕士优先；车辆、电子、电气、自动化、微电子、材料、机械、计算机、软件工程等理工科相关专业。 2. 了解质量管理体系，熟悉8D、FMEA、5Why等质量工具；懂软硬件测试、电路原理、车载系统、失效分析、制程管控任一模块均可，会代码阅读、调试、自动化工具开发者优先。 3. 逻辑缜密、做事严谨、责任心强，具备优秀的问题拆解、沟通协调、抗压执行能力，学习能力突出，具备持续改善思维和团队协作意识。 4. 英语基础良好，CET-4/6优先，读写流利、口语熟练，可独立阅读技术文档、输出英文报告、对接海外工作者优先。
