The posting

1.参与毫米波雷达（FMCW/PMCW 等体制）信号处理算法开发、仿真与验证。 2. 负责雷达回波信号预处理、距离 / 速度 / 角度估计算法（如 FFT、CFAR、DBF、MUSIC、DML 等）的实现与优化。 3. 基于 MATLAB/Python 搭建雷达信号仿真平台与数据分析工具链，完成点云生成、目标检测、跟踪算法验证与性能分析。 4. 协助完成雷达实测数据分析、问题定位与算法优化。 5. 配合嵌入式工程师完成算法在 MCU/DSP/GPU 平台上的移植、定点化与性能优化。 6. 撰写算法设计文档、测试报告、实验记录与相关技术文档。

1、硕士及以上学历，电子信息、通信工程、自动化、雷达信号处理、测控技术等相关专业。 2、扎实掌握数字信号处理基础理论，熟练掌握傅里叶变换、滤波算法、概率统计、雷达信号处理等核心专业知识。 3、熟悉毫米波雷达工作原理与信号处理流程，熟练使用MATLAB/Python开展算法仿真与数据分析，有雷达算法开发经验者优先。 4、具备良好的技术钻研能力与问题排查能力，沟通顺畅、责任心强，学习能力与执行力优秀。
