岗位职责 1. 负责关节模组嵌入式软件（固件）的整体架构设计、开发、测试与持续维护； 2. 负责永磁同步电机 FOC 控制算法的实现与优化，包括电流环、速度环、位置环、SVPWM、死区补偿与参数整定； 3. 负责编码器信号处理与角度解算（磁编码器/绝对值编码器），完成初始位置标定与精度补偿算法开发； 4. 负责通信协议栈开发与调试（CAN / CANopen（CiA 402）/ EtherCAT 等），实现参数管理、状态机与固件升级（Bootloader）； 5. 参与软件质量体系建设：单元测试、HIL 硬件在环测试与代码评审，保障固件的可靠性与可维护性； 6. 支持产线烧录、校准与 EOL 下线测试软件开发，配合量产导入。

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、自动化、电子信息等相关专业； 2. 精通 C/C++ 语言，具备良好的编码风格与文档习惯，熟练使用 Git 等版本管理工具； 3. 深入理解 FOC 矢量控制原理与实现细节，熟悉永磁同步电机建模与参数辨识（电阻、电感、磁链标定等）； 4. 熟悉 STM32 / GD32 / TI C2000 等 MCU 平台，熟练开发定时器、ADC、DMA、编码器接口等外设驱动； 5. 熟悉 FreeRTOS / RT-Thread 等 RTOS 或裸机前后台架构，具备任务调度与实时性优化经验；
