1、负责决策规划算法的方案设计、代码开发与迭代优化，搭建高鲁棒性的算法体系，提升设备自主运行的安全性与作业效率。 2、结合自动驾驶、工业机器人真实作业场景，完成场景拆解与需求分析，实现路径规划、运动规划、行为决策、动态避障等核心算法功能，适配各类复杂工况。 3、联动感知、定位、控制、底盘等上下游模块，完成算法联调、场景适配与参数调优，定位并闭环解决各类运行问题，持续优化系统稳定性与平顺性。 4、跟进行业前沿技术，结合业务场景完成算法创新与技术落地，配合版本迭代、测试验证及量产落地工作，沉淀技术文档与开发规范。

1、硕士及以上学历，自动化、计算机、电子信息、车辆工程、人工智能、应用数学、机器人工程等相关专业，数理基础扎实。 2、熟悉智能驾驶、机器人决策规划及自主导航核心原理，掌握主流路径规划、运动规划、行为决策算法，了解常用规划算法原理及应用场景。 3、熟练使用Python/C++进行算法开发与调试，具备良好的算法设计、代码实现与问题优化能力，有相关算法项目开发经验者优先。 4、逻辑思维缜密，学习能力、执行力、沟通协作能力良好，工作严谨负责，敢于钻研技术难题，对智能驾驶及机器人技术有浓厚兴趣。
