1. 负责内部效率工具的前端界面开发，基于 HTML/CSS/JavaScript 及主流框架实现高可用性、高交互性的工具页面。 2. 使用 Python 开发工具后端接口、自动化脚本与数据处理逻辑，实现前后端数据交互与业务功能。 3. 参与研发效能工具的需求分析、方案设计与技术选型，输出清晰的设计文档与开发计划。 4. 开发各类自动化工具，覆盖代码构建、测试部署、数据统计、文档生成、流程审批等研发场景。 5. 对接研发、测试、运维等内部用户，收集工具使用反馈，持续优化产品体验与功能性能。 6. 编写工具使用手册、开发文档与维护手册，推动工具在团队内的推广与落地。 7. 跟踪前端及研发效能领域新技术，引入优秀工具与最佳实践，提升团队整体开发效率。

1. 硕士及以上应届毕业生，计算机科学与技术、软件工程、电子信息、自动化等相关专业 2. 扎实的前端基础：熟练掌握 HTML5、CSS3、JavaScript (ES6+) 核心语法，了解 DOM、BOM、浏览器渲染原理 3. 主流框架能力：熟练使用 React/Vue3 其中至少一种前端框架，了解组件化开发与状态管理 4. 多语言基础：掌握 Python 基础语法与常用库，能够独立编写简单的后端接口与自动化脚本 5. 计算机基础：掌握数据结构、算法、计算机网络、操作系统等核心课程知识 6. 工程化基础：熟悉 Git 版本控制工具与基本命令，了解 Linux 常用命令，能够在 Linux 环境下进行简单开发与部署 7. 语言能力：大学英语四级 (CET-4) 及以上，能够熟练阅读英文技术文档与开源项目代码
