1、协助梳理、解析车载软件功能安全需求，完成需求拆解、细化、归档及全生命周期追踪管理，保障需求可落地、可追溯。 2、在指导下参与车载功能安全分析工作，包括HARA危害风险评估、FMEA失效模式分析、FTA故障树分析等基础安全分析活动。 3、协助编制、修订、归档功能安全技术文档，包含安全计划、技术安全概念、安全分析报告、验证报告等合规性文件。 4、协助车载软件安全机制设计与实现落地，参与看门狗、内存保护、程序流监控、故障诊断处理等基础安全功能的开发与集成调试。 5、参与功能安全相关软件模块的单元测试、集成测试方案设计与执行，协助完成安全机制有效性验证、问题排查与闭环。 6、学习并熟练掌握功能安全开发、测试、需求管理类工具，配合团队完成车载软件功能安全合规开发与流程落地。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、电子信息等相关专业； 2、熟练掌握C语言，精通MCU嵌入式开发，熟悉I2C、UART、SPI等常用通信协议； 3、熟悉Bootloader升级、ADC/GPIO等外设开发，能够独立看懂硬件原理图； 4、了解CAN总线、AUTOSAR、功能安全、ASPICE开发流程者优先； 5、具备良好的英语阅读能力，抗压能力强，工作认真负责。
