The posting

1. 学习掌握产品工艺流程，负责新产品工艺方案设计、开发与落地，完成工艺文件编制与评审。 2. 主导新项目试产工作，统筹工艺参数评估、验证与发布，及时分析、解决试产过程各类工艺问题。 3. 负责新工艺、新设备的评估、验证与导入落地，规范设备应用及测试标准，优化生产工艺体系。 4. 跟进量产工艺维护，处理产线及市场端工艺不良问题，运用改善工具推进工艺优化与质量提升。 5. 协同跨部门推进制程改善，优化生产流程、治工具及作业规范，提升生产良率与生产效率。

岗位细分方向 方向1：SMT工艺方向：专注SMT工艺流程开发与优化，编制工艺、PFMEA、控制计划等文件，主导SMT试产落地、参数验证，负责SMT量产维护与制程不良改善。 方向2：显示屏工艺方向：负责显示屏产品工艺流程设计、开发与评审，跟进新品试产全过程，解决制程工艺问题，导入新工艺并完成落地验证。 方向3：测试工艺方向：负责自动化设备应用研究、测试参数制定，统筹测试设备维护与故障处理，跟进新机种试产评估，优化测试覆盖率，解决漏测等测试工艺问题。 方向4：制程改善工艺方向：聚焦量产制程质量提升，主导工艺改善项目，推动产线、设备、测试全流程优化，分析零公里及产线不良，落地长效改善方案。

1. 全日制本科及以上学历，自动化、电气工程、机器人、人工智能、电子、机械等理工科相关专业优先。 2. 具备扎实的机、电基础，能看懂机械、电气图纸；熟悉PLC、伺服、传感器、变频器基础排查逻辑；熟悉工业机器人、机器视觉、SMT测试设备任一领域者优先。 3. 动手能力强，善于钻研技术，逻辑清晰、执行力强，责任心强、吃苦耐劳，具备良好的问题解决、沟通协调与抗压能力。 4. 英语CET-4及以上，具备良好的读写能力，可独立阅读英文设备资料，可独立英文沟通者优先。
