1、负责车载嵌入式操作系统、内核、系统组件的开发、适配、裁剪与优化工作； 2、负责车载板级支持包（BSP）、底层硬件驱动的开发、移植与调试； 3、完成系统启动、休眠唤醒、升级、日志、安全启动等系统基础功能迭代； 4、跟进硬件原理图调试，解决系统稳定性、兼容性问题，保障底层平台可靠运行； 5、输出底层设计、调试、测试相关技术文档，完成版本维护与问题闭环。

1、本科及以上学历，硕士优先，电子、计算机、通信、自动化等相关专业； 2、精通C/C++，熟悉Linux/QNX内核、uboot、Makefile、shell、git等开发环境与工具； 3、熟悉I2C/SPI/UART/PCIE/以太网等常用硬件接口，能够独立看懂硬件原理图； 4、具备嵌入式系统移植、内核裁剪、外设驱动、BSP开发调试经验者优先； 5、具备良好的英文文献阅读能力，学习能力强，抗压能力佳，工作严谨负责。
