OPISKELUTERVEYDENHUOLLON YLEISLÄÄKÄRIÄ!

Lahden palvelupisteeseemme kokoaikaiseen (38 h 15 min/vko) ja vakituiseen työsuhteeseen alkaen sopimuksen mukaan. Tehtävä sisältää palvelupisteellä tehtävää lähityötä sekä etätyötä. Työ voi olla kokoaikainen tai osa-aikainen - kerro meille toiveestasi!

Asiakasryhmällemme tyypillisiä käyntisyitä ovat mielenterveyteen, ihotauteihin, tuki- ja liikuntaelinoireisiin, infektioihin ja seksuaaliterveyteen liittyvät kysymykset. Kaikki opiskelijat tulevat vastaanotolle hoidontarpeen arvioinnin kautta. Käytössämme on BeeHealthyn digialusta ja yleislääkäreiden työhön sisältyy myös etävastaanottoja ja konsultaatiota digialustan (chat) välityksellä.

Työehtojen ja palkkauksen suhteen noudatamme YTHS:n ja Suomen Lääkäriliiton välistä sopimusta. Tehtäväkohtainen palkkahaitari on yleislääkäreillämme 6668–7348 ja erikoislääkäreillämme 7410–8167 euroa kuukaudessa. Kuukausipalkka voi sisältää henkilökohtaisen palkanosan 6-24 %. Lääkärintodistuksista ja -lausunnoista maksetaan TES:n mukaisesti.

Huolehdimme työntekijöistämme. Työterveyspalvelumme ovat kattavat. Tarjoamme ePassi -virike-edun ja erilaista työhyvinvointia tukevaa toimintaa. Osaamisesi kehittämisen tueksi tarjoamme monipuolista koulutusta. YTHS:llä työskentelystä voidaan hyväksyä 6 kk yleislääketieteen erityiskoulututukseen (YEK).

Odotamme sinulta lääketieteen lisensiaatin tutkintoa tai erikoislääkärin tutkintoa ja Valviran laillistamaa oikeutta toimia terveydenhuollon ammattihenkilönä. Lisäksi toivomme hyviä vuorovaikutustaitoja. Katsomme eduksi suomen kielen lisäksi hyvän englannin ja riittävän ruotsin kielten taidon. Olemme YTHS:llä sitoutuneet edistämään monimuotoisuutta sekä tasa-arvoa ja kannustamme kaikkia päteviä hakijoita hakemaan tehtävää.
