Haemme terveydenhoitajaa vakituiseen ja kokoaikaiseen tehtävään Rovaniemen palvelupisteellemme. Työsuhde alkaa 19.10.2026 tai sopimuksen mukaan.

Tavoitteemme on tarjota korkeakouluopiskelijoille sama opiskeluterveydenhuollon palveluvalikoima opiskelupaikkakunnasta riippumatta. Palvelemme opiskelijoita lähivastaanottojen, etävastaanottojen ja valtakunnallisten digitaalisten palvelujen muodossa. Asiakas- ja potilastietojärjestelmänä meillä on käytössä Acute. Digitaalinen asiointialustamme on BeeHealthyn YTHSDigi.

Asiakaskuntamme on mukavaa ja hoitoonsa sitoutunutta. Työllämme vaikutamme korkeakouluopiskelijoiden tulevaisuuteen ja olemme oleellinen linkki opiskelukyvyn turvaamisessa.

Terveydenhoitajan tehtävään kuuluvat terveystapaamiset ja -tarkastukset, sairausvastaanottokäyntien hoitaminen, perustasoinen mielenterveystyö YTHS:n prosessien mukaisesti, opiskeluyhteisötyö ja terveyden edistämiseen liittyvät tehtävät kuten rokotukset, terveysneuvonta ja opiskeluterveysneuvottelut. Meillä kuuluisit asiantuntevaan ja moniammatilliseen tiimiin.

Odotamme sinulta terveydenhoitajan tutkintoa sekä riittävää kokemusta alan tehtävistä, somaattisesta hoitotyöstä sekä mielenterveystyöstä. Toivomme hyviä tiimityötaitoja ja ratkaisukeskeisyyttä. Eduksi katsomme suomen kielen lisäksi riittävän englannin ja ruotsin kielten taidon. Edellytämme tartuntatautilain mukaista rokotussuojaa. Olemme YTHS:llä sitoutuneet edistämään monimuotoisuutta sekä tasa-arvoa ja kannustamme kaikkia päteviä hakijoita hakemaan tehtävää.

Palkkauksen ja työehtojen suhteen noudatamme YTHS työehtosopimusta (YTHS TES) ja siltä osin kuin siinä ei ole kirjattu, Terveyspalvelualan työehtosopimusta (TPTES). Tehtäväkohtainen palkka muodostuu vaativuusryhmän mukaisesta peruspalkasta ja mahdollisista erityistekijälisistä. Lisäksi maksamme henkilökohtaista palkanosaa, johon sisältyy vuosisidonnainen takuu (enintään 11 % tehtäväkohtaisesta palkasta). Hoitajan kokoaikaisessa (38h 35min/vko) tehtävässä (VR4) palkka on osaamisesta ja kokemuksesta riippuen 2841-3154 euroa kuukaudessa.
