一、核心岗位职责 1.AIGC应用架构与0-1落地（核心）：主导金融场景AIGC应用层技术架构设计与开发，深入拆解智能投研、合规审核、营销助手、代码辅助等核心金融场景需求，负责从需求分析、方案设计到上线交付全流程，解决高并发、数据一致性及金融级安全合规痛点，确保应用落地并产生实际业务价值。 2.Agentic AI（智能体）业务流构建：突破传统问答模式，基于Agentic Patterns设计复杂应用，运用LangGraph、AutoGen等框架，搭建具备任务规划、多工具调用、多智能体协作能力的金融业务工作流，实现复杂业务流程自动化闭环，提升业务效率。 3.模型选型与应用优化：结合金融业务场景，在平台模型库中评估并选型最优开源大模型（Llama 3、Qwen、DeepSeek、Mistral等），制定模型微调（SFT）、对齐（RLHF/DPO）策略及Prompt工程优化方案，保障模型效果贴合业务指标，同时兼顾金融场景的准确性与合规性。 4.工程化与性能调优：构建应用层高性能推理服务，运用vLLM、TensorRT-LLM等技术实现推理加速，通过量化、剪枝等手段优化显存占用与响应延迟，降低部署成本，保障系统高可用性与可扩展性，契合金融场景高吞吐、低延迟需求。 5.技术沉淀与创新：跟踪AI及金融科技前沿技术，探索多模态、长上下文等新技术在金融场景的应用价值，制定AI应用开发规范与模型评测标准，推动技术沉淀与团队能力提升，助力AI技术在金融信创、研发效能提升等领域的深度落地。

二、任职要求 1.硬性背景：计算机、金融科技、人工智能等相关专业本科及以上学历；5年以上互联网后端开发经验（精通Java/Go/Python至少一门），具备扎实的高并发、分布式系统设计能力；2年以上AI/大模型落地经验，且必须具备银行、证券、保险、互金等金融/泛金融行业应用开发背景，熟悉金融业务逻辑与合规要求。 2.项目实战经验：主导过至少3个已上线的AIGC核心项目，需具备“非Demo级”落地经验（简历需详细说明：业务痛点→Agent/模型设计→落地效果→业务价值）；曾实际解决模型幻觉、长上下文丢失、推理延迟高、并发稳定性等工程核心难题，有金融场景AI应用架构设计与落地经验者优先。 3.核心技术栈：精通Python，熟练运用LangChain、LangGraph、AutoGen等Agent开发框架；熟悉Milvus、Pinecone等向量数据库最佳实践；具备全栈思维，可独立完成Prompt设计、后端服务开发（FastAPI/Flask）及前端对接全链路；深刻理解Transformer原理，能根据业务需求快速完成模型选型与参数调优；熟悉容器化（Docker/K8s）、微服务等相关技术者优先。 4.软技能：具备极强的问题解决能力与技术攻坚能力，逻辑思维严谨，对金融数据的准确性和安全性有极高的敬畏心；具备良好的跨团队沟通与协同能力，能高效对接业务与技术团队，推动项目落地；具备优秀的文档撰写能力，可输出高质量架构设计方案。
