1. 本科及以上学历，计算机科学、信息系统、风险管理、审计或相关专业优先。 2. 至少5-7年以上香港或亚太地区金融行业科技风险管理、IT治理、IT审计、安全合规相关经验，具有在受监管金融机构参与审计支持、保障控制、政策审核及项目文档审查的实战经验。 3. 具备IT政策/流程审核、审计预审、控制措施审查、项目文档把关的丰富实操经验，能够独立提供专业建议并推动跨部门落地。 4. 优秀的沟通能力，能与业务、IT、风险合规团队高效协作，并在汇报中清晰呈现科技风险议题。 5. 强烈的责任心、细节导向、问题解决能力及风险意识，能够在快速发展的数字银行环境中主动贡献治理优化。 6. 持有CISA、CRISC、CISM、CISSP、CGEIT等相关国际认证者优先（符合HKMA Enhanced Competency Framework者更佳）。

加分项： 1.深入熟悉香港金融监管要求，包括HKMA TM-G-1、TM-E-1、SA-2、PDPO，以及ISO 27001、COBIT、ITIL、NIST等国际框架，并有实际应用经验。 2.优秀的粤语及英语沟通能力（书面及口头）
