一、Oracle NetSuite 运维 - 负责 NetSuite 云 ERP 的日常运维与支持，包括账号与角色权限管理、工作流与审批流配置、系统参数调整； - 支撑月结、年结关键节点：关账前的数据检查、期间打开与锁定、异常事务排查，保障关账按期完成； - 响应财务用户的系统问题（工单），定位并解决录入报错、数据异常、报表取数问题，必要时对接 Oracle 官方支持或实施合作伙伴； - 参与系统变更管理：需求评估、配置变更、上线后验证，编写操作文档与用户培训材料。 二、汇联易费用管理平台运维 - 负责汇联易企业费用 / 差旅报销平台的日常运维：报销流程与审批流配置、费用政策规则维护、发票 OCR 识别与合规校验问题处理； - 保障汇联易与 NetSuite 总账的集成稳定：自动凭证生成、科目映射、月末对账，及时处理集成失败与数据不一致问题； - 解答员工报销相关的系统问题，持续优化报销体验与合规管控。 三、财务管理 AI 开发项目 - 使用 AI Coding 工具（如 Cursor、GitHub Copilot、Claude Code 等）参与财务管理方向的系统与工具开发：对账与结账自动化、预算与费用分析、财务报表自动化； - 探索 LLM / AI Agent 在财务管理场景的落地：财务智能问答、单据与发票识别、异常检测、预算与费用分析、审批流自动化等 PoC 与项目交付； - 将财务管理中重复性的人工操作沉淀为脚本与自动化流程，持续降低人工操作比例。

- 1–2 年财务系统运维、实施或开发经验，有 Oracle NetSuite 运维或实施经验者优先，有汇联易等费用管理平台经验者优先； - 熟悉财务核心流程与概念：总账、应付、应收、月结年结、多币种核算； - 具备扎实的 SQL 能力，能独立完成数据查询、核对与修复；掌握 Python 或 JavaScript 基础，能读懂并维护脚本； - 有实际的 AI Coding 经验：能熟练使用 Cursor / Copilot 等工具完成财务管理相关的开发任务，了解 LLM API 调用、Prompt 编写，有个人或团队 AI 项目作品优先； - 良好的沟通能力与业务理解力，能与财务团队高效协作，把业务语言翻译为系统方案； - 具备中英文读写能力，能处理英文系统文档与跨国沟通。 加分项 - 熟悉 NetSuite SuiteScript（2.0）、Saved Search、SuiteFlow 工作流开发者优先； - 有费用管理 / 报销系统（汇联易、Concur、分贝通、汇联易等）实施或运维经验优先； - 对财务自动化、RPA、AI Agent 有实践或深入研究者优先； - 有 Oracle NetSuite 相关认证（如 SuiteFoundation）优先。
