1、负责 3D 人体、手部姿态及参数化模型（如 MANO/SMPL-X）的算法研发、训练与调优。 2、攻克遮挡、快速运动、时序抖动及多人场景等痛点，推进多视角三维视觉建模与多源融合。 3、协同推进数据筛选、真值质量分析及评测集建设，打通算法产线与数据闭环。 4、负责实验设计、离线评测与效果复盘，推动算法在业务链路中的工程落地与推理优化。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、自动化、数学等相关专业。 2、扎实的计算机视觉与机器学习基础，熟悉 3D 人体/手部姿态估计、三维重建等相关任务。 3、熟练掌握 Python 与 PyTorch，具备优秀的论文复现、算法方案设计及落地推动能力。 加分项： 熟悉 MANO/SMPL-X 参数化模型及 Mesh 拟合，有多视角几何、时序跟踪、传感器融合或大规模 3D 数据建库经验，有相关顶会论文或成熟落地项目者优先。
