1、统招本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、机器人等相关专业。 2、熟悉 PyTorch 深度学习框架，具备扎实的 Python 编程与算法实现基础。 3、了解多模态大模型（VLM）或强化学习（RL）的基本原理与训练流程。 4、具备良好的动手能力、强烈的求知欲及团队协作意识，有顶会论文或大模型开源项目经验者优先。
