Buscamos um(a) Especialista Financeiro(a) para atuar na área de Tesouraria, contribuindo para a eficiência da gestão financeira, a confiabilidade das informações e o aprimoramento dos processos e controles internos.

Procuramos um profissional com sólida experiência técnica, visão analítica e autonomia para conduzir demandas de maior complexidade, identificar oportunidades de melhoria e apoiar decisões financeiras estratégicas.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Gerenciar e analisar o fluxo de caixa realizado e projetado, identificando riscos e oportunidades.
  • Acompanhar a posição de caixa, liquidez e movimentações financeiras.
  • Assegurar a confiabilidade das conciliações bancárias e dos controles financeiros.
  • Desenvolver análises financeiras, indicadores e relatórios gerenciais para suporte à tomada de decisão.
  • Identificar e implementar melhorias nos processos e controles de Tesouraria.
  • Atuar como referência técnica na resolução de demandas financeiras de maior complexidade.
  • Apoiar a Gerência Financeira no planejamento e na análise de cenários financeiros.
  • Contribuir para a padronização, automação e eficiência das rotinas financeiras.

Requisitos

  • Formação superior em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência consolidada em Tesouraria, gestão de fluxo de caixa e controles financeiros.
  • Excel avançado e conhecimento em Power Query.
  • Experiência com sistemas ERP.
  • Capacidade de desenvolver análises financeiras e indicadores gerenciais.
  • Perfil analítico, autonomia técnica e habilidade para solucionar problemas complexos.

  • Pós-graduação em Finanças, Controladoria ou áreas correlatas.
  • Conhecimento no ERP Odoo.
  • Experiência em melhoria contínua e automação de processos financeiros.
