Buscamos um(a) Técnico(a) de TI II para integrar nosso time, atuando na montagem, configuração, manutenção e suporte técnico de equipamentos e ambientes de tecnologia.

Procuramos um profissional com experiência em hardware, infraestrutura e suporte técnico, que apresente organização, autonomia e comprometimento com a qualidade das entregas e a continuidade das operações.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Realizar montagem, configuração, manutenção e testes de computadores e servidores.
  • Instalar, atualizar e solucionar problemas relacionados a hardware, softwares, drivers e firmwares.
  • Executar atividades conforme o cronograma de produção, garantindo a qualidade e o cumprimento dos procedimentos estabelecidos.
  • Realizar diagnósticos e manutenções preventivas e corretivas em equipamentos de informática.
  • Registrar e acompanhar controles de processos, testes e qualidade.
  • Prestar suporte técnico aos usuários, realizando atendimento, acompanhamento e documentação de chamados.
  • Configurar equipamentos, contas de usuários, acessos ao Microsoft 365, redes, VPNs e periféricos.
  • Apoiar a preparação, organização e movimentação de equipamentos de TI.
  • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos técnicos e operacionais.

Requisitos e qualificações

  • Graduação em Tecnologia da Informação, Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência em montagem, manutenção e diagnóstico de computadores e servidores.
  • Conhecimento em componentes de hardware, como processadores, memórias, placas-mãe e dispositivos de armazenamento.
  • Conhecimento em sistemas operacionais Windows 10/11 e Linux.
  • Conhecimento em instalação e atualização de drivers e firmwares.
  • Conhecimento em programação de baixo nível.
  • Conhecimentos em redes de computadores, protocolos IP e roteamento.
  • Familiaridade com Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive e SharePoint.
  • Experiência com configuração de VPNs, impressoras e periféricos.

Diferenciais

  • Conhecimentos em eletrônica e BIOS/UEFI.
  • Inglês básico.
  • Noções de Active Directory e Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Experiência com ferramentas de Helpdesk, preferencialmente Odoo.
  • Conhecimento em Questor e instalação de certificados digitais.
  • Vivência em ambientes de produção e preparação de equipamentos de TI.
