Objetivo da posição

Buscamos um(a) Suporte Técnico Júnior para integrar nosso time de NOC (Network Operations Center), atuando no monitoramento de ambientes tecnológicos e no atendimento técnico de primeiro nível aos contratos de pós-vendas.

Procuramos profissionais com interesse em tecnologia, perfil colaborativo e vontade de aprender, que desejem desenvolver sua carreira em suporte e infraestrutura de TI.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Realizar atendimento e suporte técnico de primeiro nível aos contratos de pós-vendas.
  • Monitorar ambientes, serviços e infraestrutura tecnológica por meio das ferramentas disponíveis.
  • Identificar e realizar a análise inicial de incidentes, alertas e falhas operacionais.
  • Registrar, classificar, acompanhar e atualizar chamados nos sistemas internos.
  • Apoiar a resolução de problemas relacionados a hardware, sistemas operacionais e redes.
  • Documentar ocorrências, procedimentos e soluções, contribuindo para a base de conhecimento da área.
  • Interagir com equipes técnicas internas e fornecedores parceiros para encaminhamento e acompanhamento das demandas.
  • Contribuir para a estabilidade, disponibilidade e continuidade dos serviços.

Requisitos e qualificações

  • Conhecimento básico em Pacote Office.
  • Noções de redes e infraestrutura de TI.
  • Conhecimento básico em sistemas operacionais Windows e Linux.
  • Noções de hardware e manutenção de computadores.
  • Interesse em desenvolver carreira em suporte técnico, monitoramento e infraestrutura.
  • Organização, proatividade, boa comunicação e disposição para aprender.

Diferenciais

  • Curso técnico ou graduação em andamento em Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas correlatas.
  • Vivência acadêmica, estágio ou experiência anterior em suporte técnico.
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas de gestão de chamados e monitoramento.
