チャネルトークは「企業と顧客の間にあるコミュニケーションの問題を解決する」をミッションに、顧客といつでもどこでも会話ができる環境を作る「All in One AIメッセンジャー」を提供しています。CRMデータを元にした問い合わせ対応の設計やAIを活用した問い合わせ対応業務の自動化を通じて、CS対応の効率化から顧客体験の向上までチャネルトーク1つで解決します。

現在は日本、韓国、アメリカで展開をしています。240,000以上の企業に利用されており、B2B企業の中では、アジアで最も早い水準で成長をしています。

ポジション概要

RevOpsは、チャネルトークの成長をさらに加速させる「戦略参謀」チームです。 JP全体で売上目標を達成するために、戦略/計画策定からオペレーションの設計/推進まで担います。

今回は、その中でオペレーションの企画/実装/推進をメインで担っていただける方の募集です。 マーケティング/セールス/カスタマーサクセスなど売上に直接的に関わるチームと密に連携し、戦略実現のための重要課題の特定、モニタリング/仕組みによる解決を担います。

募集背景

プロダクトとセールスで伸ばしてきた事業を、次は「仕組み」で伸ばす段階に入りました。

チャネルトークはここ数年、プロダクトの磨き込みとそれを顧客に届けきるセールスの力で成長してきました。

しかし、AI市場で勝ち抜くためには、ここからさらに成長を加速させる必要があると捉えています。

そのために各ポジションで採用を強化していますが、組織が拡大しても成長を続けるにはデータに基づいた戦略策定とそれを支えるオペレーションが欠かせません。

RevOpsはそのためのポジションです。現在は日本オフィスに1名のみですが、今後の更なる事業/組織拡大に向けて、現場の課題特定からオペレーション企画/実装/推進まで一貫して担う2人目のメンバーを募集します。

業務内容

  • AIを活用したCRM(Salesforce)/ダッシュボード/アプリケーションの企画-運用
  • セールスターゲットリストの作成
  • Salesforceを中心としたオペレーションの企画-運用
  • インセンティブ制度（Quota、OTEなど）の企画-運用
  • 定量/定性分析に基づいた経営陣へのレポート、各チームへの改善提案

応募資格

必須

  • 下記いずれかの経験2年以上 営業/マーケティング/カスタマーサクセスなど収益部門における業務経験 事業会社やコンサルティングファームでの営業企画/オペレーション企画/PM経験
  • 定量/定性分析や仕組み化によってチームの業績改善を成し遂げた経験
  • AIを含むITツールの活用が得意もしくは強い興味関心がある

歓迎

  • SalesforceなどCRMの設計/構築/運用経験
  • SaaSのマーケティング/セールス/カスタマーサクセスにおける業務経験
  • 韓国語/英語能力
