RevOps(Revenue Operations) 팀은 채널톡의 매출 성장을 구조적으로 설계하는 전략·운영 조직입니다. 단순히 데이터를 분석하거나 시스템을 관리하는 팀이 아니라, 세일즈·고객·제품 전반에 걸친 수익 흐름을 하나의 구조로 연결하고, 실제 의사결정과 현장 실행을 이끌어 매출 성장에 기여합니다.

이때 저희의 무기는 매출 성장 엔진입니다. 세일즈 파이프라인과 전환율, 리텐션과 이탈 원인, 인센티브 구조 설계, 매출 예측 모델까지 — 이 모든 요소를 하나의 작동하는 구조로 연결하고, 분석에서 끝나지 않고 실제 전략과 운영 프로세스를 바꿔나갑니다.

Sales Engineer는 그 엔진과 그 위에 실어지는 데이터셋을 직접 설계하고 구축하는 역할입니다. 세일즈 조직이 데이터를 믿고 움직일 수 있는 기술적 기반을 만들고, 그 위에서 실제 비즈니스 구조가 작동하게 합니다.
