어떤 업무를 담당하나요?

  • 채널톡의 다양한 피쳐 기획 및 고도화를 책임지고 결과를 만듭니다.
  • 피쳐팀은 목적조직으로, 채널톡의 다양한 하위기능들을 각각 책입집니다. (아래 설명)
  • 피쳐팀 내 필요한 크고 작은 TF를 주도적으로 운영하며 기획하고, 커뮤니케이션합니다.

  • AI MKT - 채널톡의 마케팅 기능을 책임지고, AI가 적시에 메시징을 자동으로 보내는 아웃바운드 AI 기능을 만듭니다.
  • Notebook - 채널톡에 쌓인 데이터를 AI로 쉽게 분석하고, 문제를 찾아주는 피쳐입니다.
  • OX(Operator Experience) - 채널톡의 코어인 상담UX를 책임지고 최고의 상담경험을 위한 고도화를 하는 팀입니다.
