主要な職種と役割

  • Inside Sales (IS)： 戦略的なアプローチで顧客との接点を作り、チャネルトークがもたらす価値の「第一印象」を設計します。
  • Field Sales (FS)： 顧客の経営課題を深掘りし、導入決定までをリードするコンサルティングセールスを行います。
  • Enterprise BDR: ターゲットとなる大手企業を特定し、戦略的なアウトバウンドで『未開拓市場』の商談機会を創出します。
  • Onboarding： 契約中の顧客に対し、最短で成功体験を提供し、運用を自走化させます。
  • Account Manager (AM)： 導入後の顧客のさらなる成長（LTV最大化）を支援し、追加機能やプランアップの提案（Expansion）を牽引します。
  • CX Specialist： プロダクトと顧客の架け橋となり、最高のサポート体験を提供しながら、顧客の声をプロダクト開発へフィードバックします。

応募資格

  • 言語化能力： 自分の考えや顧客の課題を、正確かつ魅力的に伝えられる方。

  • 実務経験： 法人営業、CS、または顧客対応の実務経験（2年以上目安）。
  • SaaS、EC、D2C業界での実務経験。

選考プロセス
