Uppdragsbeskrivning

En större organisation söker en senior ingenjör som kan vidareutveckla och produktionssätta en lösning för analys av ostrukturerade dokument med hjälp av generativ AI.

En initial prototyp finns redan framtagen där dokument laddas in i en modern dataplattsform, transformeras till embeddings och används i en retrieval-baserad lösning där en AI-agent kan besvara frågor baserat på dokumentinnehåll. Uppdraget handlar nu om att vidareutveckla denna lösning till en stabil, skalbar och produktionsklar plattform.

Du kommer främst arbeta med utveckling av datapipelines, indexering av dokument, retrieval-logik samt backend-funktionalitet för en applikation där användare kan ställa frågor mot stora dokumentmängder. Arbetet innefattar även optimering av prestanda, kvalitet i svaren samt förbättring av driftsäkerhet.

Exempel på arbetsuppgifter:

  • Utveckla pipelines för ingestion och hantering av dokumentdata
  • Bearbeta dokument genom textutvinning, segmentering och metadatahantering
  • Generera embeddings och hantera vector index för effektiv informationssökning
  • Implementera retrieval-flöden och RAG-baserad logik för frågebesvarande
  • Utveckla backend/API för AI-baserade applikationer kopplade till dokumentanalys
  • Säkerställa skalbarhet, stabilitet och observability i lösningen

Skall-krav

  • Minst 10 års erfarenhet av utveckling inom data, AI eller maskininlärning
  • Dokumenterad erfarenhet av att utveckla lösningar baserade på generativ AI eller LLM-teknik
  • Erfarenhet av att bygga och implementera RAG-arkitektur eller liknande retrieval-baserade AI-lösningar
  • Erfarenhet av arbete med data- och ML-plattformar (exempelvis Databricks eller motsvarande)
  • Gedigen erfarenhet i Python samt erfarenhet av API-utveckling
  • Flytande svenska och engelska i tal och skrift

Meriterande

  • Erfarenhet av dokumentanalys eller hantering av större textdatamängder
  • Erfarenhet av vector search, embeddings och promptdesign
  • Erfarenhet av Spark, PySpark eller liknande distribuerade dataplattformar
  • Erfarenhet av CI/CD, Git och modern utvecklingsprocess
