Uppdragsbeskrivning

Vi söker nu Business Controllers till ett större affärsområde inom en transaktionsintensiv och snabbföränderlig verksamhet. Rollen passar dig som vill arbeta nära affären och vara delaktig i både strategiska och operativa beslut, snarare än att enbart arbeta med traditionell ekonomisk uppföljning.

Du blir en del av ett erfaret och sammansvetsat controllerteam där samarbete, kunskapsdelning och affärsnära dialog är en naturlig del av vardagen. Uppdraget innebär nära kontakt med verksamheten och ett stort fokus på analys, prognoser och affärscase kopplade till produkter, intäkter och kostnadsutveckling.

Verksamheten befinner sig i en spännande förändringsresa med implementation av nytt ERP-system, vilket gör att rätt person får möjlighet att påverka och utvecklas i en dynamisk miljö med högt tempo.

Exempel på arbetsuppgifter:

  • Arbeta med prognoser, budget och bokslut inom affärsområdet
  • Analysera stora datamängder kopplade till intäkter, abonnemang och produktrelaterade flöden
  • Ta fram och kvalitetssäkra business case samt utmana verksamhetens antaganden och kalkyler
  • Följa upp OPEX och personalrelaterade kostnader
  • Utveckla och förbättra volymdrivna prognosmodeller och rapportering
  • Samarbeta nära verksamheten och fungera som ett affärsnära ekonomiskt stöd
  • Bidra i arbetet kring nytt ERP-system och relaterade processförändringar

Skall-krav

  • Minst 3 års erfarenhet som Business Controller eller i liknande affärsnära controllerroll
  • Erfarenhet av analys av stora datamängder i transaktionsintensiva verksamheter
  • God förståelse för redovisning och ekonomiska flöden
  • Erfarenhet av prognoser, bokslut och budgetarbete
  • Van att arbeta verksamhetsnära och kommunicera med olika delar av organisationen
  • Mycket god analytisk förmåga och vana att skapa struktur i komplex information
  • Flytande svenska och engelska i tal och skrift
  • Möjlighet att arbeta på plats flera dagar i veckan

Meriterande

  • Erfarenhet från abonnemangsbaserade eller volymdrivna verksamheter
  • Tidigare arbete i större organisationer eller koncernmiljö
  • Erfarenhet av ERP-implementationer eller arbete i IFS
  • Erfarenhet av OneStream eller BI-/rapporteringsverktyg
  • Erfarenhet av att bygga eller vidareutveckla prognosmodeller
