Uppdragsbeskrivning

Vi söker en senior DevSecOps-Engineer/SRE som vill bidra till utveckling och förvaltning av stabila och säkra Linuxbaserade miljöer för dataflöden, datalagring och plattformar som används av slutanvändare.

Uppdraget kombinerar traditionellt DevOps-arbete med ett särskilt fokus på logghantering och logganalys. En central del blir att skapa en tydligare bild av befintliga loggflöden, bedöma kvalitet och struktur i insamlad information samt bidra till en mer effektiv och standardiserad hantering av loggar.

Rollen innebär även att utveckla arbetssätt, rutiner och tekniska standarder inom området. Du förväntas kunna arbeta tvärfunktionellt och tydliggöra samspel och ansvar mellan utveckling, drift och externa driftpartners.

Eftersom verksamheten befinner sig i en uppbyggnadsfas ser vi gärna en du med bred teknisk kompetens och förmåga att röra sig mellan flera teknikområden. Det är även viktigt med praktisk erfarenhet av hur DevOps- och DevSecOps-arbete etableras, struktureras och bedrivs i organisationer med höga krav på säkerhet och stabilitet.

Exempel på arbetsuppgifter:

  • Utveckla, automatisera och förvalta säkra Linuxbaserade produktionsmiljöer.
  • Arbeta med konfigurationshantering, containerplattformar och infrastruktur som kod.
  • Kartlägga och analysera befintliga loggflöden samt identifiera förbättringsområden inom kvalitet, struktur och sökbarhet.
  • Bidra till utveckling och förvaltning av centraliserade lösningar för logginsamling och logganalys.
  • Ta fram tekniska standarder, rutiner och arbetssätt inom DevSecOps- och driftområdet.
  • Samverka med utvecklingsteam och driftleverantörer kring tekniska gränssnitt, ansvar och leveranser.

Skall-krav

  • Minst 8 års professionell erfarenhet inom DevSecOps eller SRE, inklusive systemadministration och arbete med säkra leverans- och driftmiljöer.
  • Minst 8 års erfarenhet av Linux i produktionsmiljöer där stabilitet, säkerhet och härdning varit centrala krav.
  • Minst 5 års erfarenhet av Ansible och Configuration Management för automatiserad etablering och förvaltning av miljöer.
  • Minst 5 års erfarenhet av Docker och Kubernetes i on-premises-miljö.
  • Minst 3 års erfarenhet av centraliserad logginsamling, logghantering eller logganalysplattformar, exempelvis Elastic/ELK, Splunk, Graylog, Loki eller motsvarande.

Meriterande

  • Erfarenhet från on-premises-miljöer med höga krav på informationssäkerhet och hantering av skyddsvärd information.
  • Erfarenhet av Infrastructure as Code och Configuration Management, exempelvis Terraform och Ansible, i produktionsmiljö.
  • Erfarenhet av drift, förvaltning och säker konfiguration av interna containerplattformar baserade på Docker och Kubernetes.
  • Erfarenhet av centraliserad logghantering för driftövervakning, felsökning och säkerhetsrelaterad uppföljning.
  • Erfarenhet från statlig myndighet eller annan offentligt styrd verksamhet med regulatoriska säkerhetskrav.
