Uppdragsbeskrivning

Vi söker en senior Enterprise Architect till en större komplex organisation med höga krav på styrning, säkerhet och långsiktig teknisk utveckling. Du får ett övergripande ansvar för att forma, förankra och vidareutveckla organisationens teknikstrategiska riktning.

Rollen verkar på strategisk nivå och innebär samtidigt att omsätta övergripande mål till konkreta arkitekturprinciper, tekniska vägval, prioriteringar och realistiska genomförandeplaner. Uppdraget spänner över hela IT-landskapet och omfattar bland annat verksamhetsarkitektur, information och data, applikationer, integrationer, infrastruktur, säkerhet och operativ förmåga.

En central del av uppdraget är att skapa en sammanhållen arkitektur där infrastruktur, cybersäkerhet, kontinuitet och övriga arkitekturområden stödjer samma långsiktiga målbild. Arbetet sker i nära dialog med ledning, IT- och säkerhetsfunktioner, arkitektorganisation, systemansvariga, utvecklings- och plattformsteam samt externa leverantörer.

Exempel på arbetsuppgifter:

  • Ta fram och vidareutveckla organisationsövergripande teknikstrategi, målarkitektur och tekniska färdplaner.
  • Leda arkitekturforum och skapa samsyn mellan verksamhet, IT, säkerhet och externa parter.
  • Göra och förankra strategiska beslut kring plattformar, infrastruktur, integrationer, data och säkerhet.
  • Säkerställa att informationssäkerhet, robusthet, kontinuitet och dataskydd beaktas i arkitekturarbetet.
  • Etablera och vidareutveckla principer, styrmodeller, beslutsprocesser och arkitekturell uppföljning.
  • Fungera som strategiskt tekniskt stöd till ledning och andra centrala beslutsfattare.

Skall-krav

  • Minst 8 års samlad erfarenhet av kvalificerat IT-arkitekturarbete under de senaste 15 åren, inklusive minst 5 år i en övergripande arkitekt- eller teknikledande roll.
  • Minst två genomförda uppdrag om minst 6 månader vardera där du självständigt tagit fram och förankrat teknikstrategi, målarkitektur och genomförandefärdplan för en större komplex organisation.
  • Minst 4 års erfarenhet av att leda tvärfunktionellt arkitekturarbete och arkitekturstyrning över flera arkitekturområden.
  • Minst 4 års erfarenhet av infrastrukturarkitektur inom minst fyra områden, exempelvis datacenter, moln/hybridmiljöer, nätverk, IAM, compute/lagring, tekniska plattformar, automatisering eller IT-drift.
  • Minst 3 års erfarenhet av att integrera säkerhet, motståndskraft, kontinuitet och dataskydd i strategiska arkitekturbeslut inom reglerad eller säkerhetskänslig verksamhet.

Meriterande

  • Erfarenhet från offentlig sektor eller annan verksamhet med långtgående krav på informationssäkerhet och skydd av kritisk information.
  • Bakgrund från miljöer med outsourcad IT, komplexa leverantörslandskap eller större sourcing- och upphandlingsinitiativ.
  • Erfarenhet av att bygga upp en etablerad arkitekturfunktion med tydliga roller, principer, beslutsforum, granskningsprocesser och avvikelsehantering.
  • Praktisk erfarenhet av etablerade arkitekturverktyg och ramverk såsom 2c8, ArchiMate, TOGAF eller motsvarande.
  • Erfarenhet av större teknikförflyttningar in exempelvis dataplattformar, DevOps, automatisering eller liknande
