Uppdragsbeskrivning

För en internationell aktör inom teknik och produktutveckling söker vi en fälttestare med förståelse för lantbruksmiljöer och ett genuint intresse för teknik. Rollen innebär att verifiera och utvärdera nya produkter och lösningar i verkliga driftsmiljöer, med fokus på att säkerställa funktion, kvalitet och användarvänlighet innan lansering.

Arbetet kombinerar praktiskt arbete ute på gårdar med tekniska tester, dokumentation och koordinering av olika testaktiviteter. Du kommer att ha nära kontakt med användare, verksamheter och interna utvecklingsteam samt bidra med värdefull återkoppling till produktutvecklingen.

Exempel på arbetsuppgifter:

  • Planera, genomföra och följa upp tester i lantbruksmiljö.
  • Dokumentera resultat och sammanställa testrapporter.
  • Koordinera flera parallella testaktiviteter.
  • Utföra verifiering av hårdvara och tekniska lösningar i test- och labbmiljö.
  • Samverka med utvecklings- och produktteam för att identifiera förbättringsområden.
  • Besöka testanläggningar och verksamheter inom Sverige samt vid behov internationellt.

Skall-krav

  • Erfarenhet från lantbruk, djurhållning eller liknande verksamhet.
  • God förståelse för hur arbete bedrivs på en gård och förmåga att skapa förtroende i den miljön.
  • Ingenjörsutbildning.
  • Erfarenhet av dokumentation och rapportering av testresultat.
  • Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift.

Meriterande

  • Erfarenhet av produktverifiering eller kvalitetssäkring.
  • Erfarenhet av tekniska fälttester.
  • Kunskap inom mekanik, elektronik eller automatiserade system.
  • Erfarenhet av att arbeta i internationella projektmiljöer.
