Uppdragsbeskrivning

En större offentlig verksamhet genomför en modernisering av sin identitets- och åtkomsthantering samtidigt som en ny plattform för masterdata etableras. Som en del av denna förändringsresa ska ett centralt identitetsregister utvecklas för att samla, kvalitetssäkra och tillgängliggöra identitetsrelaterad information från flera källor.

Vi söker en erfaren fullstackutvecklare som vill ta en ledande teknisk roll i utvecklingen av denna plattform. Uppdraget omfattar hela utvecklingskedjan – från arkitektur och implementation till automatisering, integration och driftsättning. Fokus ligger på skalbarhet, informationssäkerhet, spårbarhet och långsiktig förvaltningsbarhet.

Exempel på arbetsuppgifter:

  • Utveckla och vidareutveckla backend-tjänster för hantering av identitetsdata.
  • Bygga moderna webbgränssnitt för administration och hantering av information.
  • Integrera lösningen med interna och externa system via API:er.
  • Bidra till tekniska vägval och arkitektur med fokus på säkerhet och framtida utveckling.
  • Etablera och förbättra CI/CD-processer samt DevOps-arbetssätt.
  • Samarbeta nära arkitekter, säkerhetsspecialister, integrationsresurser och testteam.

Skall-krav

  • Minst 6 års erfarenhet av systemutveckling.
  • Minst 3 års erfarenhet av moderna komponentbaserade JavaScript-ramverk, varav minst 1 år med React.
  • Minst 3 års erfarenhet av CI/CD, automatiserade leveransflöden och containerteknik.
  • Minst 3 års erfarenhet av agila utvecklingsmetoder och etablerade samarbetsverktyg.
  • Minst 2 års erfarenhet av utveckling och drift i Linuxmiljö.
  • Minst 4 års erfarenhet av arbete med relationsdatabaser, exempelvis PostgreSQL.

Meriterande

  • Erfarenhet av Infrastructure as Code och automatisering med Terraform eller liknande verktyg.
  • Minst 5 års erfarenhet av backendutveckling i Java (Java 8 eller senare).
  • Erfarenhet av övervakning, incidenthantering eller beredskapsarbete samt verktyg inom observability.
  • Erfarenhet av säker mjukvaruutveckling och säkerhetsnära utvecklingsarbete.
  • Erfarenhet från offentlig verksamhet eller större komplexa organisationer.
  • Erfarenhet från integrationsintensiva miljöer med många systemkopplingar.
