Uppdragsbeskrivning

Vi söker en mycket senior frontendledare som tar ett strategiskt och operativt ansvar för utvecklingen av moderna webbapplikationer i en komplex och datatung miljö. Rollen innebär att definiera arkitektur, säkerställa kodkvalitet och etablera gemensamma arbetssätt inom ett ekosystem byggt på moderna ramverk och komponentbaserad utveckling.

Du kommer att arbeta nära backend- och plattformsteam för att säkerställa effektiva dataflöden, robusta API-kontrakt och en skalbar struktur för frontendapplikationer. En central del av uppdraget är att etablera tydliga mönster för state management, datamappning och validering, samt att optimera prestanda genom moderna tekniker.

Rollen inkluderar även ansvar för att leda och utveckla teamet, driva tekniska beslut samt säkerställa en hållbar och effektiv utvecklingsprocess.

Exempel på arbetsuppgifter:

  • Sätta riktlinjer för frontendarkitektur baserat på moderna ramverk och komponentmönster
  • Etablera struktur för state management, datalager och återanvändbara moduler
  • Säkerställa robust hantering av API-integrationer, datamappning och felhantering
  • Driva prestandaoptimering genom t.ex. lazy loading, koddelning och optimerad bundling
  • Ansvara för kodstandarder, linting och utvecklingsprocesser
  • Leda och coacha utvecklingsteam samt främja best practices

Skall-krav

  • Minst 10 års erfarenhet inom frontendutveckling, inklusive ledarskap
  • Djup erfarenhet av moderna Vue-baserade ramverk (t.ex. Nuxt) och Composition API
  • Mycket god kunskap i TypeScript inklusive generics och typdesign
  • Erfarenhet av state management-lösningar (t.ex. Pinia)
  • Erfarenhet av komponentbibliotek och design systems samt CSS-ramverk
  • Stark förståelse för arkitekturmönster såsom domain-driven design, lagerindelning och modulär struktur
  • Erfarenhet av datavalidering, formulärhantering och JSON-baserade scheman
  • Erfarenhet av prestandaoptimering (lazy loading, code splitting, tree-shaking)

Meriterande

  • Erfarenhet av molnmiljöer (t.ex. AWS)
  • Erfarenhet av CI/CD och versionshantering i moderna verktyg (t.ex. Git-baserade plattformar)
  • Erfarenhet av monorepo-strukturer eller modulära kodbaser
  • Förmåga att självständigt driva arbete framåt och hantera blockerande problem
