Uppdragsbeskrivning

Vi söker en tekniskt kunnig person inom drift och förvaltning till ett uppdrag hos en större verksamhet i förändring. Fokus ligger på att säkerställa en stabil, säker och effektiv IT-miljö samtidigt som organisationen vidareutvecklar sin digitala kapacitet.

I rollen arbetar du operativt med den dagliga driften, samtidigt som du bidrar till att etablera struktur, förbättra arbetssätt och höja kvaliteten i leveransen. Du blir en viktig del i att skapa en långsiktigt hållbar förvaltnings- och driftfunktion, med särskilt fokus på Microsoftbaserade miljöer och IT-säkerhet.

Exempel på arbetsuppgifter:

  • Ansvara för drift, underhåll och vidareutveckling av IT-miljöer baserade på Microsoftplattformar
  • Säkerställa hög tillgänglighet, prestanda och stabilitet i system och tjänster
  • Arbeta aktivt med IT-säkerhet, inklusive förebyggande och åtgärdande insatser
  • Samverka med externa leverantörer och interna funktioner inom IT och verksamhet
  • Identifiera förbättringsområden och driva initiativ för en mer effektiv drift
  • Bidra till struktur, dokumentation och etablering av arbetssätt inom förvaltning

Skall-krav

  • Flerårig erfarenhet av arbete inom IT-drift och förvaltning
  • God kompetens inom Microsoftmiljöer (exempelvis Azure, Microsoft 365 och Windows Server)
  • Erfarenhet av arbete med IT-säkerhet och säkerhetsrelaterade processer
  • Förmåga att arbeta självständigt och ta ansvar för tekniska leveranser
  • Erfarenhet av att arbeta operativt i tekniska miljöer med höga krav på stabilitet
  • God kommunikativ förmåga samt flytande svenska och engelska i tal och skrift

Meriterande

  • Erfarenhet från offentlig verksamhet eller liknande reglerade miljöer
  • Erfarenhet av leverantörsstyrning och samarbete med externa partners
  • Vana att arbeta i organisationer under förändring och uppbyggnad
  • Intresse för kontinuerliga förbättringar och effektivisering av driftprocesser
