Uppdragsbeskrivning

Vi söker en erfaren teknisk specialist för ett uppdrag hos vår kund med fokus på IT-infrastruktur i anslutning till fastighetstekniska styr- och övervakningsmiljöer. Rollen befinner sig i gränslandet mellan IT, OT och teknisk fastighetsdrift och passar dig som är van vid miljöer där flera typer av system och kommunikationslösningar behöver fungera tillsammans.

Du kommer att arbeta med tekniska plattformar som stödjer övervakning, styrning och uppföljning av exempelvis energi, elförsörjning, ventilation samt värme- och kylsystem. Uppdraget innebär både operativ problemlösning och ett mer långsiktigt arbete med stabilitet, säkerhet och vidareutveckling av den tekniska miljön.

Exempel på arbetsuppgifter:

  • Kartlägga och analysera fastigheters tekniska infrastruktur och systemmiljö.
  • Analysera energianvändning, elförbrukning, driftdata och teknisk prestanda.
  • Identifiera möjligheter till energioptimering, kostnadsbesparingar och minskad miljöpåverkan.
  • Utvärdera hur tekniska installationer och system samverkar inom fastigheten.
  • Arbeta med fastighetsautomation, BMS, SCADA, IoT, sensorer och energiuppföljningssystem.
  • Ta fram rekommendationer, åtgärdsplaner och beslutsunderlag.
  • Bidra till digitalisering och vidareutveckling av smarta fastigheter.
  • Samverka med fastighetsorganisationen, teknisk förvaltning, IT, externa leverantörer och andra specialister.

Skallkrav

  • Minst fem års erfarenhet inom teknisk fastighetsdrift, energi, fastighetsautomation, PropTech eller liknande område.
  • God förståelse för hur fastigheter fungerar ur ett tekniskt, ekonomiskt och miljömässigt perspektiv.
  • Erfarenhet av energi- och installationssystem såsom el, ventilation, värme och kyla.
  • Erfarenhet av att analysera energiförbrukning, driftdata eller teknisk prestanda i fastigheter.
  • Förståelse för fastighetsautomation och system för styrning, övervakning och energiuppföljning.
  • Förmåga att identifiera förbättringsbehov och omsätta analys till konkreta åtgärdsförslag.
  • God kommunikativ förmåga och vana att samarbeta med både tekniska och verksamhetsnära funktioner.

Meriterande

  • Erfarenhet av BMS, SCADA, IoT, sensorer eller digitala fastighetsplattformar.
  • Erfarenhet av energioptimering och minskning av driftkostnader.
  • Kunskap om fastighetsekonomi, investeringskalkyler och återbetalningstid.
  • Erfarenhet av miljöcertifieringar eller hållbarhetsrapportering.
  • Kunskap om IT/OT-integration och informationssäkerhet i fastighetsmiljöer.
  • Erfarenhet av större kommersiella fastighetsbestånd eller samhällsfastigheter.
