Uppdragsbeskrivning

Vi söker en erfaren projektledare för att leda en omfattande transformation av ett verksamhetskritiskt system. Uppdraget omfattar modernisering och successiv migrering från en befintlig lokal systemmiljö till en framtida lösning.

Systemlandskapet är komplext och innehåller flera integrationer, tekniska beroenden och olika intressentgrupper. Rollen innebär ett nära samarbete med produktägare, tekniska team, verksamhetsrepresentanter och andra nyckelpersoner genom hela transformationsresan.

Projektledaren förväntas ta ett helhetsansvar för planering och genomförande samt säkerställa att behov, krav, risker, förändringar och verksamhetspåverkan hanteras strukturerat. Ett viktigt område är även att planera och genomföra migrering av befintlig information i flera steg.

Exempel på arbetsuppgifter:

  • Leda ett komplext transformations- och moderniseringsinitiativ från analys och planering till genomförande.
  • Driva behovs- och kravarbete i nära dialog med verksamhet och tekniska team.
  • Planera och koordinera datamigrering samt successiv övergång mellan systemmiljöer.
  • Hantera risker, beroenden, förändringsbehov och intressentdialog.
  • Säkerställa effektiv samordning mellan produktägare, utvecklingsteam och övriga berörda funktioner.
  • Tillämpa agila arbetssätt och etablerade metoder för system- och produktutveckling.

Skall-krav

  • Minst 5 års dokumenterad erfarenhet av projektledning inom komplex systemutveckling, inklusive integrationsrika IT-miljöer och hantering av känslig information.
  • Minst 5 års erfarenhet av behovsanalys, kravhantering, verksamhetsförändring samt risk- och förändringsledning.
  • Minst 2 genomförda uppdrag där du haft en ledande roll inom datamigrering och successiv systemmigrering.
  • Minst 2 års erfarenhet av att leda projekt inom offentlig verksamhet.
  • Minst 2 uppdrag under de senaste 6 åren med ledande ansvar för systemtransformation, exempelvis modernisering, konsolidering, migrering eller införande av nya system och integrationer.
  • Minst 2 uppdrag under de senaste 6 åren där agila metoder för produkt- eller systemutveckling har tillämpats.

Meriterande

  • Minst 3 års erfarenhet av informationssäkerhet och relaterade regulatoriska krav, exempelvis NIS2
  • Minst 3 års erfarenhet av lösningar och uppdrag inom ärende- eller kunddatahantering.
  • Minst 2 års erfarenhet under de senaste 6 åren av informationstjänster som riktar sig till externa användare.
