Uppdragsbeskrivning

Vi söker en erfaren IT-projektledare till en av våra kunder med ansvar för flera verksamhetskritiska initiativ inom IT och teknik. Uppdraget omfattar bland annat införandet av ett nytt IT-stöd för behörighets- och tillträdeshantering, där både tekniska lösningar, arbetssätt och förvaltningsstrukturer ska etableras.

Som IT-projektledare ansvarar du för att planera, styra och följa upp IT-relaterade leveranser samt säkerställa att identifierade verksamhetsnyttor omsätts i praktiken. Rollen innebär många kontaktytor och nära samarbete med verksamhet, arkitektur, produktansvariga, ekonomifunktion, chefer och externa leverantörer.

Du kommer även att bidra i andra initiativ inom organisationen utifrån aktuella behov och rapportera framdrift, ekonomi, risker och eventuella avvikelser till relevanta styrande forum.

Exempel på arbetsuppgifter:

  • Leda och samordna IT-relaterade leveranser, resurser, aktiviteter och beroenden.
  • Ta fram projektplaner, beslutsunderlag, budget, prognoser, färdplaner och resursplanering.
  • Styra leverantörssamverkan samt följa upp leveranser, ekonomi, kvalitet, risker och avvikelser.
  • Säkerställa att tekniska förändringar hanteras enligt organisationens arkitektur-, styrnings- och beslutsprocesser.
  • Driva upphandlingar och avtalsrelaterade frågor, inklusive nyttjanderätt och immateriella rättigheter.
  • Säkerställa överlämning av nya eller förändrade IT-förmågor till förvaltningsorganisationen och följa upp att verksamhetsnyttan realiseras.

Skall-krav

  • Minst 5 års dokumenterad erfarenhet som IT-projektledare.
  • Minst 3 års erfarenhet av projektledning i en PM3-baserad förvaltnings- och styrmodell.
  • Minst 4 års erfarenhet av samordning och samverkan med både interna och externa intressenter.
  • Erfarenhet av att koordinera minst 5 uppdrag/projekt med budget om minst 10 MSEK per uppdrag.
  • Minst 4 års erfarenhet av komplexa systemlandskap där flera IT-system samverkar för att stödja verksamhetsprocesser.
  • Dokumenterad erfarenhet av LOU-upphandling
  • Minst 4 års erfarenhet av leverantörsstyrning och ekonomisk uppföljning.
  • Minst 3 tidigare uppdrag där engelska har använts professionellt i både tal och skrift.

Meriterande

  • Erfarenhet av minst två upphandlingar enligt LOU eller LUF.
  • Erfarenhet av att leda utvecklingsteam med minst två mjukvaruutvecklare.
  • Minst 2 års erfarenhet från offentlig sektor.
